Dr Talal Hilal was born in Bethlehem , graduated from the medical university of Alexandria – Egypt in 1972 . He completed his residency in Internal medicine and gastroenterology at Mount Carmel Mercy Hospital in Detroit , Michigan , where he later served as a chief resident . He moved to the Orlando area in 1983 and has been serving the community since then .
Dr Hilal is diplomat of the American board of internal medicine and gastroenterology , he is an active member of the AGA , ACG , AMA Florida Gastro Society , and Orange county medical society . Dr Hilal specializes in gastro-esophageal disorders , cancer of the GI tract , therapeutic endoscopy including ERCP and laser therapy , hemorrhoid treatments (banding & Bipolar desiccation), and liver disease ( He performs his own liver biopsy procedures ) .
Joseph Quagliata, MD
Dr. Quagliata was born in New York , received his BS degree in Biology with a minor in Sociology at Boston College , MA in 1994 . He received his medical degree from Semmelweis University of Medicine in Hungary , then Doctor of Medicine through the fifth pathway program from New York Medical College , Valhalla , NY in 2000.
He finished Internal medicine residency at Sound Shore Medical Center in 2004 , in Rochelle , NY , and his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Brooklyn Hospital center – Columbia Presbyterian Health Systems in 2007 in New York . He was a chief GI Fellow during the year 2006-2007 .
Dr. Quagliata is board certified in Internal medicine , and board eligible in Gastroenterology . He specializes in Gastrointestinal disorders , Ulcer Disease , Cancers of the GI tract , and Hepatology , and is proficient in ERCP procedures.
Raouf Hilal, MD
Dr. Raouf Hilal was born in Bethlehem , received his B.S degree in biochemistry at the College of Charleston , SC , in 1992 , and his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 1996 .
He finished his internal medicine and gastroenterology residency at Baylor College Medical Center in Houston , TX in 2002 . His career has been distinguished by multiple awards .
